Welcome to Breezy Balconies, a stunning and spacious three bedroom, three bathroom retreat just blocks from the beach in North Myrtle Beach. Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this beautifully maintained condo offers all the comforts of home in a prime coastal location. With two queen beds, two twin beds, and a full sized sleeper sofa, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for families or close friends planning a memorable beach getaway.The office space shown in the photos has since been replaced with two twin beds. Guests enter on the first level into a welcoming foyer. There is convenient seating for slipping on sandals before heading out, along with a closet for storing shoes and beach gear. A wine rack and drink cooler are tucked neatly in the corner, adding a thoughtful touch for evenings in. An elevator that services all three levels is accessible from this entry level, providing added convenience for luggage and groceries.

Heading up to the second floor, you will find the heart of the home where the kitchen, dining, and living areas come together in one open and inviting space. This level is perfect for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together. The living room offers plenty of seating, including a sofa that folds out into a full sized sleeper for additional guests. A large flat screen TV sits above the entertainment stand, making movie nights or game days easy and comfortable. Just behind the seating area is a long dining table with space for six, ideal for shared meals, board games, or planning the next day's adventures. Additional seating is available at the kitchen peninsula.

The kitchen is well-equipped with abundant cabinet and countertop space. Full sized appliances include a stove and oven, mounted microwave, refrigerator, double sink, and dishwasher to make cleanup simple. Whether you are preparing breakfast before the beach or a full dinner at home, everything you need is provided. If dining out is more your style, North Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area offer endless restaurants and convenient delivery options.

Also on the second floor is the first queen bedroom. This comfortable space features its own private closet, a dresser with a TV on top, and two end tables with lamps. The attached bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway, making it convenient for guests without entering the bedroom. This bathroom includes a beautifully tiled walk in shower, toilet, and vanity sink with storage below.

Up on the third floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a plush queen bed with built in storage in the bed frame, two end tables with lamps, two dressers, and a spacious closet. From here, you can step out onto the upper level balcony, a peaceful spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or relax in the evening. The primary bathroom includes dual sinks with generous counter space and storage underneath, along with another tiled walk in shower for a spa like feel.

The final bedroom includes two twin beds, making it a great option for children or friends. This room has its own TV and ample closet space. Attached is the third bathroom, which features a shower and tub combination, sink, and toilet.

Also located on the upper level is the laundry closet with a washer and dryer, allowing guests to refresh beach towels or do a quick load before heading home.

During your stay, you will have access to the outdoor pool. The condo's location places you close to some of the area's most popular attractions. Spend the day relaxing at Cherry Grove Beach, known for its wide sandy shoreline and laid back atmosphere. Explore shopping, dining, and entertainment at Barefoot Landing, or enjoy live music and local eateries along Main Street. For family friendly fun, visit Alligator Adventure, one of the largest reptile facilities in the country. Everything you need for a well-rounded coastal getaway is just minutes away.

A starter set of toiletries including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and dish liquid will be ready for you upon arrival.

It's important to note that this property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. Reservation holders must be at least 25 years of age or older in order for their reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 are at risk for potential fines and eviction.
