Seas the Bay is a wonderful property, immaculate and welcoming! It is ideally located in an upscale area in downtown Annapolis. You can walk to many of the town’s highlights, restaurants and shops. The space is fantastic for families or for a multiple couples trip. It is also pup friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living space and kitchen are well laid out. The backyard garden and deck areas are welcoming and complemented by the finest outdoor furniture. The home is truly a gem in downtown Annapolis!

About 10 minute walk from most Annapolis attractions, stores, restaurants, etc. Quiet residential neighborhood. Top floor is the spacious king bedroom. It is two sets of steep stairs.

What an amazing stay! If you're planning a trip to Annapolis, you absolutely have to check out **Seas The Bay**. This place was a perfect home base for our vacation. It was incredibly **spacious** and **comfortable**, easily accommodating four adults, and it could have fit double that if we needed to, I would say easily 8 maybe upto 10ppl! The location couldn't be better. We were able to **walk everywhere**, which was a huge bonus. There are so many great restaurants, bars, shops, and coffee spots just a few blocks away to 8 mins way which was still with in walking distance & we still did it everyday and did not take UBER not 1 time in Annapolis, not to mention all the cool historic sites. We did do the Water Taxi, twice which is well worth the $4 bucks per person to go over to the Boatyard, Lewnes, Forward Brewing & Davis Pub!!!! Staying here made our trip to Annapolis so much more enjoyable. It was truly the best way to experience the city and I can't recommend it enough! We will be back and we will again stay at "Seas by the BAY"

Two friends and I stayed here to explore the town. Perfect place to walk everywhere - Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within 10 minutes! We never had to use our car. The house itself was amazing and had everything we needed! The beds were extra luxurious!
