The value is great for the area, and everything you need is near. The pool is great and it’s just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach entrance. I recommend it to those wanting to save a little compared to places directly on the beach.

A fully stocked kitchen was a total plus. They had a dishwashing detergent pkg by Vacasa. The silverware and everything you could need was there. It made our stay home away from home. My husband cooked me breakfast in bed everyday. The washer and dryer was a plus too. I loved the 1/2 bathroom too. While I shower my husband could use the 1/2 bathroom and then come shower in the master bathroom. Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back soon.

This is a GREAT condo! It's a corner unit and the balcony wraps around so you have a view of the ocean and the bay. Very clean and up to date. Bed was very soft and large. Kitchen well equipped and appreciated the 'cleaning' kit. So overall it's a great place to stay. When reading about what was supposed to be left for us, we did not have shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, one bathroom did not have a bar of soap, and there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (so we had to go buy more). My son also said the pull out coach/sofa was not very comfortable. Was a great location; easy walk to the beach. There are two great breakfast places within walking distance you MUST try - Parlor Donuts and Maple Steet Biscuit Company. I had a question about the coffee pot on our first morning so I texted the company and they got back to me right away, which I thought was very impressive and I was grateful.

We stayed for 6 nights & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Incredible view of the Gulf,golf course & sunsets from the wall of windows in the living & dining rooms. Close walk to the beach & the Beach House restaurant. Overall a great location near popular restaurants, shopping, golf & water sports. A great vacation destination!

Everything was excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms with plenty of things to do like games, books, and enjoyable scenery. The kitchen had pots and pans, all sorts of utensils, dishware, and appliances for cooking. Rooms were clean and crisp with towels and extra linens. The views are phenomenal. Overall, my stay was superb and my teenagers loved it! Restaurants, stores, and the beach were very close and close proximity! We will indeed return!
