This fabulous coastal home is just what you need for your next getaway to paradise. This spacious and open rental features a well-appointed kitchen, several recent updates, and plenty of space for the entire family. The private, furnished patio is the perfect place to relax after a long day of splashing in your private pool, and you're sure to enjoy cooking dinner poolside on the gas grill. There is also a separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs that can only be accessed via the entrance outside of the home for some added privacy. When you aren't lounging by the pool, you can also walk to the beach for a day of sunshine and sand! Only steps from the beach, you can go shore fishing, shelling, swimming, and much more. Less than half a mile away, don't miss an opportunity to visit the local favorite Shipwreck Raw Bar for fantastic seafood. This rental is also located only seven miles from downtown Port Saint Joe, offering many great local options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The best thing this rental has going for it is the location. I rarely leave negative reviews, however, I don’t feel like we got what was advertised. When we arrived at the house, the beds had no linens. It was like housekeeping stripped the beds, cleaned, then just left. The guest services representative then argued with me saying we shouldn’t have accessed the home as it was before our check in time at 4:00. It was 4:22 EST when I contacted them…they stated local time was 3:22. The house is located in St Joe Beach which is in fact eastern standard time! A local Vacasa representative then contacted me and said that housekeeping would be out in an hour with linens to make the beds. An hour and a half later, the representative himself showed up with linens and made the beds. He was very nice and apologized and told us that he would refund our cleaning fee which has yet to be seen. The internet was nonexistent and the lights/outlets in the downstairs bathroom didn’t work at all. The toilet in the downstairs bathroom wouldn’t flush the majority of the time. This house is in a great location, but is lacking attention to detail. You can definitely tell it’s “just a rental” and they don’t take pride in keeping it up.
