Whether you're a small family or a couple, you can enjoy sitting on your balcony admiring the views of the water and the well-kept community pool. The kitchenette has two mini-fridges, a freezer, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A picnic and grilling area and a private beach are also available. With the water and dock just steps from your front door, you can stroll along the marina or take a fishing pole down to the docks and catch some fish (there are grouper, mullet, sea trout, sting ray, and flounder year-round, especially during the summer months). Enjoy a number of local restaurants close by, or head over to Okaloosa Island for beachfront dining.
