Location was ideal. House is in pretty good shape but needs a little attention. No Wi-Fi entire stay, Password connected, but “No internet connection” on any device and unable to stream any TV. Property manager notified and hopefully they will follow up. The minor cleaning issues could have been overlooked, because it really is a nice place with clean linen and comfortable beds. It is good value. I left private comments on maintenance issues that must be addressed to make this place better. I’d consider staying here again, but working Wi-Fi a must for us. Also be aware there is a second rental unit downstairs. We could hear every word and downstairs guests played electric instruments, loud music until 1:30 am. Had guests followed house rules about “quiet time after 9pm” Great potential here. Just needs a little maintenance and attention.

This home is a great deal for a 4 bedroom home. It is a perfect location for a family that likes both bay and gulf! It is clean, quiet, and has everything you would need, but be sure to bring your own beach towels.

We love being on St George Island, the house is in a great location to access everything on the Island by golf cart, which we did! For a 4 bed 2 bath house on the Island, can't beat the price!
