The home includes a private boardwalk that connects directly to the beach. Start your day with a stroll along the sandy shores, collecting seashells, or enjoying water sports like fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Explore the iconic St. George Lighthouse and climb to the top for panoramic views of the coastline. Indulge in fresh seafood at local eateries and savor the coastal flavors. The first floor of this Gulf-view retreat boasts a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one, making it perfect for hosting and entertaining. The top floor houses the Gulf-front main suite, a bunk bedroom with loft beds, two additional guest bedrooms, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge that has an ice maker. Additional perks include two decks overlooking the Gulf, two decks overlooking the bay, a soaking tub, two wet bars, a washer/dryer, a propane grill, and a screened-in game room with TV, a Ping-Pong table, and a ring toss. There is a lower-level outdoor bathroom for you to use when coming from the beach that includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
