Loved the comfort feeling and location of this condo

When we arrived our parking spot was blocked off due to construction so we were advised to park anywhere because of the slow week. That caused a problem with another tenant. Get to the room and had trouble from day one. Lock would take as much as 8-10 or more times work.When we messaged the help desk it took 9 hours for a response. Luckily after 15-20 minutes we got the door opened. So we left a window unlocked just in case we couldn’t get in the next time. Obviously no one could or knew how to reset so after a half dozen messages to the help desk they finally gave us the code to the key box to use for the rest of the week. While taking a shower a big picture fell off the wall and broke.Reported that to Vascasa. When the cold weather came in the doors,windows and the floor would sweat causing some of our things to get wet. We were told the missing blind would be replaced and that never happened. We got so aggravated we came home a day early.(also reported that day we had left). We will rent at Tranquil Harbor again but NOT this condo.

We did a weekend stay at this condo. It was up to date, well stocked, and very spacious. It is across the street from the beach, which wasn’t an issue for us. We will definitely stay here again!
