If all you want is an awesome view and a large TV then this is a rental for you. Incredibly old and in desperate need of updating. The king mattress has a large urine stain which is beyond gross! No splurging on a mattress pad apparently. The popcorn ceiling is peeling and looks like mold in the vents and other areas around the condo. The furniture is uncomfortable and worn. The kitchen cabinets are gross even washing what hodgepodge kitchen items they had available seemed useless. Nice newer washer and dryer but shelf above the washer prevents the user from being able to open the lid fully so you have to hold it open with one hand and load and unload clothes with the other or ask someone to hold the lid for you. I would not stay here again if it was “free”.
