Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile H-6 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George State Park, and the Lighthouse Museum. Guests can enjoy two large community swimming pools with sun decks lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach. The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill, and is close to the community pool. The first level features an open living/dining/kitchen area, a deck, as well as a half bathroom. Stretch out on the comfy Large sectional sofa which also converts into a sleeping couch for 2 persons, while you drink in the views or watch TV. Take your morning coffee out to the deck and watch the dolphins frolic in the Gulf. Prepare today's fresh catch in the well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a full-sized pantry, and all the supplies you will need to prepare scrumptious seafood dinners. View and easy access to beach
The location is amazing. The proximity to the beach is a beachlover's dream. There were several minor maintenance issues that I hope the homeowner/vacasa fixes so that this can be the perfect vacation spot. Also note that there are painful things called "sand spurs" if you have pets that need to be walked. Stick to walking on the beach. The grass areas are loaded with these things that stick into and hurt tender paws.
The location was amazing, views amazing, area amazing! Property needed a bit of updating, mattresses were clean just needed replaced, worn out. All doors need major attention. After reading other reviews, it seems the owners aren't willing to fix the things needed. Many reviews saying the same things.
