The house is unique and has plenty of room for guests. The rooms are nice sizes and beds were very comfortable. We loved the walk around deck to view sunrises and gorgeous sunsets but there is no useable beach area as in the pictures. It is filled with tree stumps and debris.

It's worth knowing that the beach has tree stumps growing from the sand right in front of the house and to the south of it. There is plenty of other beach areas around, just don't expect the pictures provided to be exactly the view you'll get. Hurricane Michael, and several smaller storms since has changed the beach front a bit. With that said, it is an amazing home and perfect for someone wanting to walk out of the door, down the steps, and into the water. You also get amazing views from the porch because you're so close to the water. I would definitely visit this home again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dome House. IT is not the fanciest house but it serves our needs. Loved waking up to having coffee other deck looking for dolphins, watching the Osprey, the shore birds and the sand crabs. Thank you having us and we will be back.

This is the second time I've stayed here and it didn't disappoint. The privacy, the view, the home itself is all perfect. Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. Many reviews have some negative comments about the condition of the house: loose tiles on the floor, dated furniture, etc that almost caused me not to book it, and yes those are true observations but we came for the beach not the interior of the house. We enjoyed the inside wood work and quirkiness, it was fun and the open floor plan was nice. We loved seeing the sunrise and sunset from the deck everyday. Yes, it needs outdoor furniture but we found iwhat they had sufficient. If you are looking for luxury this isn’t your place. The grill wasn’t clean but if we decided to use it we would’ve cleaned it. Overall we loved our stay and wiould stay there again. It’s quiet and peaceful just what we wanted.
