Gorgeous Beachy Condo On Okaloosa Island Gulf-Front Views Close To Activities is described as spacious, comfortable, and well suited for families and larger groups, with thoughtful decor and a welcoming feel. Guests consistently praised the condo for being very clean, fresh, neat, and exactly as described. The property is especially valued for its excellent location with easy beach access, convenient parking, and close proximity to local attractions while still feeling less crowded. Guests repeatedly highlighted the beautiful gulf and ocean views from the balcony, calling them wonderful and perfect for relaxing. The large pool was frequently appreciated, and guests also enjoyed the covered parking, stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and roomy layout with plenty of bathrooms.

Overview

This Waters Edge condo offers classic beach style living. Step out to the balcony from the living area or the master bedroom. This unit has televisions in the living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers the privacy of an attached bath with a Jacuzzi tub. This condo also has a private bath in the second bedroom with a third bathroom located in the hall. A fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispenser, stovetop oven, microwave, and dishwasher as well as the basic cooking utensils and dinnerware for easy meal preparation. The dining room table will easily seat six diners with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. For additional convenience, all bed and bath linens and stackable washer/dryer are also provided. Please be advised that Waters Edge is not a pet-friendly property. Things to know: Beach service included (March 15 - October)

We loved how roomy the unit was and the easy access from the 4th floor parking. Made going back and forth for unloading and packing super easy. Also, I didn’t realize when I booked there were 3 bathrooms so that was great.

Easy check in and out . Entry keypad worked very well. Family of 4 stayed in unit 417. Bedroom for everyone. Comfortable beds. Everyone had their own bathroom with plenty of towels and full bottles of shampoo, etc. Very sparkling clean, kitchen fully stocked. Living room spacious and furniture was fine. Beautiful view of the Gulf. Unit was supplied with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella on the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the homeowner and Vacasa for making our vacation very nice.

The beach is steps away! Great pool and staff - no doubt. Our condo gave us a few issues, toilets not flushing well - dryer not drying well, and a coffee table that was insecure. Of course - the beach conveniences made up for it!
