Bright, second-floor studio with high-speed WiFi & pool view - walk to the bay

Location was great, short boat trip to crab island and Destin. The grounds are well kept and pool was clean. The units are older with many suffering issues with the sliding patio doors. Building B does have a Karen that lives on the first floor and likes to call the cops( three times during one night). Overall the area is nice but units are old but comfortable for the price.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The unit was small but quaint, clean, with decor that made it feel tranquil and inviting. The pool area was wonderful as well. The location on the bay was peaceful and quiet. A perfect, affordable place to stay if all you require are basic needs!! My family plans to visit again!

Our stay at this beach condo in Fort Walton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the turquoise Gulf waters right outside our windows. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless, with every detail thought out to create a relaxing, beachy vibe. The location is unbeatable. Perfectly situated between Destin, Pensacola and Navarre we were able to explore all three on our short trip. The complex also offers fantastic amenities, including a sparkling pool, bbq areas with picnic tables and an unobstructed view of the water which made it feel like a luxury resort. Great WIFI to power all our devices and the TV has cox cable and we could also sign into our apps on the TV for Netflix, Hulu etc. Our host was outstanding, providing clear communication and local tips that made our stay even more special. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials as well as a luxurious double-headed shower (with great hot water pressure!). There’s also a complimentary ice machine on property which was clutch for filling the coolers each morning (and for sunset cocktail hour on the balcony!) This place is truly a hidden gem in Fort Walton. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful beach getaway, don’t hesitate to book—you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back!
