Third-floor, oceanfront condo with pool, hot tub & fast WiFi

Guest Services was available on the weekend and addressed our issue - a clothes dryer that did not work properly. They provided another dryer we could use immediately and had the dryer in our rental unit fixed in 2 days.

I booked Okaloosa Island not actually knowing where it was. One of our dear friends needed a peaceful weekend at the beach for some physical & mental r&r; time to rest and recharge at the seashore - and we could not have been at a better place or time than here last weekend. FWB shows her age a bit, but in some ways that adds some charm. I almost hate to see that it appears to be going thru a growth spurt. While this was my first visit to FWB, the good Lord willing - it won't be my last. And I will check to see if IP 316 is available @ at summer rate I'm willing to pay.

We loved having our private entrance and being on the corner. Also loved not being right above the pool. The elevator was right around the corner and relatively unused so there was never a wait. The color scheme in the condo was relaxing. There were a few things that could be improved on: rust stain in one of the tubs, extremely rough bath towels, outdated TVs(one analog and one VHS, one needed us to adjust the settings before we could use it – we never figured that out), pillows were hard and flat. We did enjoy our stay here. Would we return? Possibly. The above things are not necessarily dealbreaker, but it’s hard to know about these things from the pictures. Would have been nice for someone else to have mentioned these in their reviews so we had forewarning.

The rental property had a great rate. The condo was a little outdated. All three bedrooms had very small TVs one also had a big back on. It was not even a flat screen. There was a VCR hooked up to one of the TVs. Which made me feel like the rental was outdated. There is a glass table in the dining room. If you lean on it it comes up a little bit, so you have to be careful. Master bed had a piece of wood in between the mattresses. It was very uncomfortable. There is no pullout bed in the living room what would be great if they had one it’s kind of weird That five people rent the condo but they only offer beach service for two people and you had to pay for the other three out of your own pocket. I would definitely stay here again cause the price was right and it was decent. These are just things I thought were not right

Location and view are wonderful.

Everything was absolutely perfect, definitely top tier!! Definitely staying again!!
