The view and balcony are perfect. Wide open huge rooms and bathrooms. Everyone had plenty of space.

We loved staying here, the building and amenities like the pool were amazing, and the unit itself was gorgeous. There was some noticeable wear and tear like scuffs on the walls but it didn’t take away from our enjoyment

Beautiful, simple, yet elegant newer condo building. Entire complex was very well maintained and clean. Pool area very nice and well-maintained with no broken chairs or amenities that I noticed. Appreciated the 2 pool options with one being zero entry with water features for the little ones. Elevators and gates codes all worked. Great communication from the Vacasa App + texts. Only thing that was missed was which covered assigned parking spot was ours. Found out the hard way from another owner I was in their spot. Nice to have basic essentials included like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with a few dishwasher and washing machine detergent packs. Unit was clean, well maintained, and everything mostly in working order. Fridge/Freezer seemed to take a long time (36+ hours) to cool down to appropriate temperatures. Like nearly every rental property I’ve been in the living room furniture could use an upgrade.. the chairs felt unstable and the couch, uncomfortable. Wish there was access to things like beach chairs, kids sand toys, coolers, ect. But all in all this is one of the best condos me and my extended family has rented and would absolutely return.
