This spacious, newly updated 1513 square foot condo offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is located on the third floor. This upscale condo has been tastefully decorated with furnishings, linens, and kitchenware to make you feel at home. The large Master bedroom faces the Gulf and has a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and access to the huge balcony. The living room sofa lets out to a queen size sleeper for a total sleeping capacity of 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen has dishes, cookware, a microwave, a stove, and a full-size refrigerator. This condo also includes a washer/dryer, four televisions, four DVD players, a stereo, and a private balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. Can't beet the view. The heated pool was great feature and the hot tube was great after a long day.

The condo was nice and clean other than a few stains on the couches. Bed was comfortable. Sadly the main refrigerator did not work. There was a temporary refrigerator in the living area but it was quite small and had no ice machine. If they get the refrigerator fixed I would definitely be back.

The area and view were top notch; Beautiful grounds. We did, however, start finding ants midway through our trip in various areas. We were more upset that the refrigerator was inoperable and an apartment sized one was in the dining room for our use. It was a 10 cubic feet, which is recommended for 1-2 persons. This condo sleeps 10. We lost quite a bit of food due to the door popping open so we had to hold it shut with a case of water. This was brought to the attention of maintenance, the front desk as well as the rental company. However, it was not replaced during our stay which caused quite a frustrating experience. We had to keep our water at room temperature to accommodate our food. I'm surprised this was an acceptable remedy for the cost.

The complex was super clean. The room had a great view and was roomy enough to accommodate 10 adults. The condo is close to everything, but yet not crowded at all. My only complaint is that even with a three bedroom condo, you are only allowed two parking passes. I would definitely recommend Azure 303!
