Beachfront dog-friendly home with private hot tub, boardwalk, on-site pools, gym was described as a great value, spacious, comfortable, and well suited for families, couples, and guests traveling with pets. Guests praised the home for being very nice, clean, well stocked, and thoughtfully equipped with kitchen supplies, linens, appliances, and comfortable furnishings. The location was repeatedly appreciated for being close to the beach, private, quiet, and set within a secluded gated community with easy beach access. Guests especially loved the amazing gulf views from the wall of windows, wraparound porch, and spacious deck, which were favorite spots for relaxing, dining, and watching the sunrise. The home’s hot tub, boardwalk access, and inviting outdoor spaces helped create a peaceful and memorable stay, and many guests said they would gladly return.

Love the neighborhood this house is in and we had a gulf front view which was fabulous. House could use a little updating but we didn’t care! We were there to enjoy time with friends which was a huge success! Loved the rockers on the porch!

Everything was better than expected. Starting with the communication with the host to the absolute spotless cleanliness of the property when we checked in. You could smell the cleanliness! Yes, the home could use some cosmetic upkeep, but that was not a showstopper for the 5 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies anyone would need, plenty of hangers in the closets, all appliances worked well, furniture was dated, but clean and comfortable and the beds were luxurious. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck or on the nearly private beach...WHAT A VIEW! This review would have been 5 stars, but the wooden deck and boardwalk needs attention. We had to wear footwear or take our chances on getting splinters from the aging wood and there were numerous nails that were loose, otherwise, no complaints. Well be returning. The house itself is a bit dated and in need of some TLC as per some other recent reviews. We read those reviews and booked anyway based on the location and view. The deck overlooking the gulf is awesome, covered with shade and plenty of seating for outdoor dining, coffee sipping, and sunrise watching. The Plantation neighborhood is very quiet, great for walking and biking on the paths. We love SGI and will definitely be back. One word of warning with Vacasa is that it is impossible to get anyone in the local office on the phone. All calls go to a call center in Central America.
