Beach Chic Condo On Okaloosa Island Gulfside Pool & Exercise Room is widely praised as a comfortable, well-equipped stay that exceeded expectations and felt like home for many guests. Guests consistently highlighted the clean, well-kept interior, comfortable beds, thoughtful decor, ample storage, and a kitchen stocked with what they needed for easy meals and longer stays. The property is appreciated for its convenient layout, easy parking access, and smooth access to the beach, restaurants, and nearby activities. Guests repeatedly loved the beautiful beachfront setting, peaceful atmosphere, and stunning gulf views from the balcony and living spaces. The large pool, beach chair setup, full kitchen, washer and dryer, bunk beds, and exercise room were all appreciated as part of an easy and enjoyable beach stay. The property was also described as well maintained, accurately represented, and a place many guests would gladly return to.

This fabulous, professionally decorated unit at Water's Edge has been newly remodeled with a fresh, cheerful beach decor. Updated furniture, granite countertops, and a full kitchen await you in this tropical style getaway. Sleeping 6 people, the unit has a master bedroom, hallway bunks flushed into the wall and a queen size sleeper in the Living Room. Each of the bunk beds features its own wall mounted LED TV for a special touch. Floors throughout the unit have been upgraded to tile and the 9' ceiling creates a spacious feel. The balcony height patio furniture allows for an unobstructed, panoramic view of the sugary white beach above the railing. With glass doors running floor to ceiling, the view of the beach is stunning from this optimal 3rd-floor balcony, perched just above the treetops. The location of the unit above the boardwalk is an ideal spot to sip a cool drink while people watching, or just enjoying the spectacular sunrises and sunsets above the emerald green water. This splendid home away from home is just minutes from the Boardwalk where you can enjoy fishing, shopping, and a sunset meal on the Gulf of Mexico. Parking in the parking garage made getting in and out of the property a breeze. Didn’t even have to use the elevator. Love the view. Love the full kitchen. Great place to stay and will rent again in the future. Literally had everything we needed. Chairs and umbrellas set up for you in the morning on the beach, awesome! Saw a few reviews about the bedroom being small, but I think it was perfect. Unless you’re 6’3” then you might need a bigger bed, but there is a pullout bed in the living room.

Our unit was perfectly located for access to everything. Short walk to the beach. We loved the unit and would stay there again!

So many horrible things! First, this room was NOT what I was expecting. We had never booked a 1 bedroom before and now I know why. The bedroom was so small that we had to put our luggage on the bunk beds in the hallway. The furniture in the living room was extremely outdated and looked old and worn and the TV was really small. The kitchen counter and appliances looked old and needed updating. Worst part, after the 1st night I spotted a ROACH and then more in every room! I cried my eyes out and called Vacasa and begged for another room. No way could I stay in a roach infested room! Vacasa was amazing and promptly moved us to another room that was absolutely wonderful! I love Vacasa and will only use them from now on!!!
