Close to shops, restaurants and piers.

The house was very clean and everything was wonderful. I saw where someone said the neighborhood was sketchy. No one bothered us, people did drive behind the house, and some people would walk in the yard, yet everything was great inside the home. We did have a problem with the gas grill being missing, but we rearranged our plans and cooked inside. The house was very accommodating for my family. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The house was very clean and very spacious and was very pleasantly decorated, however the neighborhood was sketchy. The neighborhood was very inconsiderate. Music blasting every few minutes right at the house at 12-3am in the morning. I wish we would have known of the street block party that went on until 2am two nights in a row. Massive groups of people were walking all the way around the property. Countless people peeing in the back yard and around the vehicles and also right at the back screened in area. No sleep for two nights. A group was lighting fireworks roughly ten foot from the property on the right and also the front of the house. The fireworks were exploding directly over the house. We had debris all over our vehicles. It was so loud in the house our kids could not sleep and were frightened. When the block party started, they had roped off our road, there were so many cars we were blocked in. Again, I couldn’t say enough about how nice the house was but if it’s non refundable, might want to think it through. Check the local area before taking the dive. The block party should have been in the listing for the week we were there. For what we had to endure, should have been half the cost. Vacation with the family was aweful.

This house was so cute and felt very home like while on vacation. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent and towels. It was close to downtown PSJ so everything was less than a 5 minute drive from us. Only note is that on Saturday nights the neighbors get quite rowdy and partied until about 2 a.m. with very loud music. Obviously not something that can be helped by the rental property but if you have young kids this may not be the place for you. Other than that it was very calm and relaxing.

The house was so clean and comfortable and homey! Great place to stay! The neighborhood is a little run down but overall felt safe and was comfortable for a short stay
