Gulf-front, dog-friendly home with private pool, great view, deck & beach access

I False advertisement! The pictures are really outdated in the VRBO app. First off, the pool was filthy and the hot tub was freezing. There were cigarette butts floating in the water. When I called about it, I was told maintenance would come and clean the pool and the pictured hot tub was not for guest use. The pool guy showed up 2 days later and threw some shock in the water and left. The outdoor area and screened in porch was very unkept! The grill was filthy with dirty foil left in it. The tracks of the sliding glass doors were so dirty the doors were very difficult to open! The master bedroom, behind the bed trash was noted, someone’s reading glasses was found between the mattress and side rail. The master bathtub has a knob missing and the shower could not be used fully used related to poor design. Water will be everywhere! Save your money! I was told I would receive a call back about concerns, still have yet to hear from anyone!

My family and I stayed at Sunrise Shores in November 2025, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The photos just don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person. The house was spotless and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We cooked all our meals in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen, which had every pot, pan, and utensil you could imagine. Cooking while watching the ocean just beyond the windows was such a dream. Check-in was a breeze, and the property management team was amazing. So friendly, responsive, and on top of everything. The master suite might be the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. Having almost an entire floor to ourselves felt so peaceful, and the extra washer and dryer in the master bathroom was such a convenient touch. The private fishing dock and the sense of total privacy made the whole stay feel extra special. We had the beach practically to ourselves and saw dolphins swimming by every single day, sometimes more than once. We truly had the most amazing time. I honestly can’t think of a single thing that could have made it better because the owners have truly thought of everything. Sunrise Shores gave our family such a memorable and meaningful vacation, and we can’t wait to come back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house’s location was amazing. We especially loved all the wildlife we could observe in the bay. Our only complaint is the house is in need of a deep clean.

We found the house to have lots of space for family and loved having both a private pool and beach area. We just wish they paid as more attention to the outside maintenance. The pool and outside area was dirty and cluttered. Disappointing for a house in this price range.
