2-story house near the beach & ocean with deck, golf cart, washer&dryer, AC

We were moved to this location after a leak at our other duplex and really loved this place. It is a home away from home, quiet and peaceful with lots of room. The large decks that surround the house are amazing. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

The unit was very clean but the lock did not work, coffee maker needs to be replaced and cable did not work. Staff were nice but door was not repaired and had to use key throughout our stay. Owner is trying. We made do without things. Big world problems.

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the outdoor shower that even had hot water.

Loved having the golf cart for our use. I have health problems and it was so easy to get to the beach & the bay to watch the beautiful sunsets. We kept it charged and really appreciated the use of it. The house was just right for my family. The staff at Vacasa were very helpful and quick to answer any of my questions. I will definitely stay again. Thank you all !

The house and location was great! Loved everything about Island retreat!!!!

First, this is a cute house with several great features. The pics do not show the upper deck that is so awesome to watch the sunrise and sunset from. It is located on a great lot with space for kids to run around and enjoy and is close to both the beach and bay. However, the management of this property leaves MUCH to be desired. The local office front desk representative and maintenance man were so helpful, but they should not have had to expend so much time addressing our concerns, including being locked out upon arrival, not having use of the golf cart until maintenance cut the padlock (he didn't even have keys), no hot water, broken coffeemaker, no inside trash can, and no instructions for the operation of devices in the home. Again, the local office was super responsive, but I know they were tired of getting calls from me. I can overlook small things, but not being able to get in the house or take a shower was a lot to deal with after a long car ride with two small children. This house has potential to be a great rental but needs a little more attention.
