Vacasa is absolutely zero help with anything other than texting the door and gate code. It’s worse than talking to a robot and really left me wanting to never use them again. The house is a good size and in a convenient location with fun toys and if you can find it in a direct booking I suggest that. There were stained sheets, mildew smelling pillows, sand on the table and bookshelf, cobwebs in the kitchen, unsecured trash cans that the bears rummaged through, customer service can’t answer any questions or respond in a timely manner, a package was delivered and I would have paid for it to be shipped to our home but they gave several different stories in a run around as to why they can’t. Vacasa has cheap properties but it’s not worth the hassle and headaches.

Such a wonderful trip in all the best ways! The beaches (several beautiful ones nearby),heated pool, great restaurants, and local shops make this area special! The house itself was just like the photos, modern and coastal!The massage chair was something I was a bit hesitant to try at first, but by the end of our stay, my whole family was waiting in line every night like at Disney to make sure they got their turn! This is such an awesome amenity that really made us feel pampered and taken care of! Don’t miss out on this home or this area — both are gems, and we will be back!
