This condo was so adorable and comfortable. It is a kid's dream come true with animal foot stools and kids toys, books and games. With big screen TVs, an all new kitchen, and comfy furniture, it is an adult's dream too. There is a lovely view of the ocean and, while you can take the elevator (complete with news feed), if you take the stairs you are almost right on top of the beach and pool areas (the quiet part). Rent this unit! You will be glad you did!!!

You can’t get any closer than this to the beach access and parking lot. One flight of stairs and you’re at the beach access. This unit is perfectly located in the building with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. Plenty of space for my two kids with a bunk and pullout couch. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Forgot to pack something? There’s a chance that someone left what you’re looking for in the “donations bin” that’s located at the beach boardwalk. I’m talking sandcastle buckets, shovels, nets, boogie boards, chairs and I even saw an umbrella left one time. Property management/staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to any need I may have. This is our second year coming and we will continue to come back .

From the moment we walked in the door we knew this place was going to be special! Beautiful views and an excellent option for a nice stay. Accessing the beach was extremely easy. Just a very short walk. The pool was also very nice. The kids loved it. And there is a small grocery store just down the street with a couple of bars and restaurants close by as well, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Over all a great place for everyone
