Icemaker has black mold, master bathroom shower had no water pressure, kitchen not well stocked. There was a great ocean view from the patio and rooftop

We stayed here for one day before we met family in Panama City Beach. We decided to drive from Ohio earlier than expected for family vacation and rented this condo before checking in the following day at PCB. We arrived very early in the day and unfortunately, you are not allowed on resort property until your room is ready. This was a first for me, with previous rentals with different resorts, we were allowed to enjoy resort amenities the day of check in until our room became available. Due to this we didn’t get access to the beach chairs that were in the listing, we did explore the resort a little after 4:00 when we were allowed on property and it looked lovely. I would have definitely enjoyed snorkeling in the bay. We never went to the gulf beach side of the property after check in so I cannot comment on that. Luckily, there is a nice little park next to the resort and that is where we spent the day waiting for our room. I would love to visit again but for more than one day! The condo was nice, spacious and very comfortable for the two of us.

We stayed here for a week with 2 kids. I really appreciated the bunk room not being right next to the master. Loved having the rooftop hot tub, the sunsets and sunrise were amazing to watch. And the floor to ceiling sliding doors in the master and living room were great. Lots of road noise and sirens at night. Everything was nice and clean. Ice maker didn’t work and fridge didn’t have water hooked up. We couldn’t figure out where the remote was for the bunk room TV either. Also, the broiler on the oven wasn’t working and the washing machine wouldn’t drain or spin. Maintenance came to fix broiler while we were there, I guess it had been reported before our arrival but a notice that it was not working would have been appreciated. Overall, we were still happy with the unit and the property.
