East-end SGI Townhouse on Gulf Front, beach access, on-site pool, & private W/D is described as an excellent value, well-furnished, beautifully decorated, and even better than pictured, with a spacious layout that feels comfortable for families and groups. The townhouse is noted for being comfortable and well equipped, with a large primary suite, cozy bunk area, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a well-stocked kitchen that had what guests needed for their stay. Guests frequently mention that the property was very clean and as described upon arrival. Its standout location places it right on the beach with direct boardwalk access, easy pool access, proximity to the nature preserve and state park, and a peaceful setting on the quieter east end of the island. The Gulf-front setting delivers spectacular oceanfront views from the deck, living area, and primary bedroom, and guests especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch or balcony while watching the beach and water. Amenities praised include the private washer and dryer, pet-friendly convenience, community pool, private deck or balcony, and available WiFi, and many guests said they would gladly return.

Beautiful view and easy access
We loved spending our Thanksgiving on St. George Island. The house as well stocked for cooking and the location was a 10 out of 10!
Our stay at Ocean Mile G-3 was wonderful! This well-appointed townhouse offers breathtaking, direct views of the Gulf and immediate, easy beach access. The condo provided a comfortable, spacious retreat with all the necessary amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a refreshing community pool. We loved relaxing on the private balcony and watching the dolphins swim by. Located on the quiet east end of St. George Island, it offers a peaceful setting while still being close to the pedestrian path for biking to nearby shops and the lighthouse. Overall, it is an excellent value for a beachfront property. We highly recommend Ocean Mile G-3 for anyone seeking a relaxing, memorable beach vacation!
All in all we loved this condo! It was mostly very clean upon arrival. Proximity to the beach is amazing. My kids could play on the sand and I could easily watch them from the porch. It was the perfect sized condo for our large family of 7. The washer did stop working while we were there and thankfully Vacasa was great to fix the issue! With 5 young kids, a working washing machine is non-negotiable especially when you have packed light with the intention of washing multiple times in a week, not to mention washing swimsuits and towels daily. The condo is decorated beautifully and the views are spectacular. It was also so close to the state park which we loved! This less busy end of the island was so nice! Especially the week we went in Oct! We felt at home here and I loved the location and layout of the condo!
This place was better than the pictures!! Absolutely loved the decor. Loved that we were right on the beach. Could watch my kids play in the sand while on the back porch/balcony. The bunk room was adorable. Main bedroom was huge!! So many blankets and pillows all over the house for you to use. There was 8 of us. Thought it was gonna feel small but was not. On my list to stay again!!
