Amazing bay-front townhome - walk to beach - pool, W&D & central AC

Fantastic location for a family beach trip to fort walton. A quick 5 minute walk to the public beach access and plenty of dinning options within walking distance

I wanted to love this house because the location is so great. However, the issues that kept adding up ruined it for us. For one, the floors were so dirty that our feet were black immediately upon checkin. The shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the downstairs bathroom was 1/4 full, and completely empty in the upstairs bathroom. I asked for them to be filled as we had 7 people staying in our family and was told that wasn’t included in our stay. There was no hand soap anywhere. The fatal flaw was the downstairs shower. There has clearly been a leak for quite some time as noted in previous guest’s reviews, and it has been glued but not fixed. Every time the shower ran, the entire first floor would have water seeping through the floorboards. All of our towels were used to lay on the floor so we could walk without getting wet. The rug under the bed in the bedroom closest to the bathroom was constantly soaked and dirty from the water. It’s honestly nasty. Maintenance came out to “repair” the shower which was sticking a bandaid on the hole which did nothing, and they told us they were replacing the shower the week after we checked out anyway. I think we should have been informed prior to checkin that there was an issue and offered some sort of compensation because it’s not a minor inconvenience. We have small children who stayed in those rooms and they were having to be on the wet floor. I’m disappointed and would appreciate some sort of refund.

We had 4 adults and 4 pre teens 😳 and boy did they love it!! The home was very up to date, we had amenities that we didn’t even get to use.. it was close to everything, we could walk to the beach, it was quite when we needed it to be and there was no craziness going on.. we could even see the fire works from our front and back doors!! The only thing that was tough for me was that the kitchen was up stairs (bad knee) but all the bedrooms were perfect, we, all 8 of us very much enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend this as definitely great place to stay.

This would have been a 5 star review if there was an attempt to resolve any of our issues. We were only about to use 1 of the full baths when listing was for 2 full baths. Not informed of no dock access until check in info was provided 7 days before arrival date. Reached out to solve these issues before posting anything but no response was given and tried to follow up 5 days after check out and completely Ghosted. Falsely represented and poor management. Typical take your money and run kind of company.

Great place to stay near Destin! Clean, very easy to access with a nice view of the intercoastal.

The home is very nice in a great area just across the street from the beach so literally walking distance to the beach very spacious very spacious and overall an enjoyable place to stay would definitely come back. Be prepared to bring all your own paper products from toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, coffee filters, because none are supplied.
