Oceanfront penthouse with pool access, majestic ocean views, washer&dryer, & AC

The open floor plan and amount of seating for the space is perfect. The panoramic windows really make you feel close to the beach and water views. The porch is very large, and the living area is very roomy. The condo is designed in a rustic theme, and it was tastefully done. We enjoyed it so much, we will seek this unit out again on another visit.

Loved the big space for our family of 6. The view was spectacular from the living room and kitchen. Each room had its own bathroom was super nice. Loved having plenty of chairs to enjoy on the balcony. TV remotes were a little hard to figure out but we did without having to call. Also would have been nice to have beach chair service included. Disappointed when most all the people we met in the building, chair service was included in their package.

Nice quiet unit. Great balcony. Bring extra TP.

This Place was great for me and my family, the beach is great, the balcony is fabulous, and the dinner table is just the right size.

My review for this place. 3 stars This is a clean spacious unit. No doubt about that. The views are amazing off the balcony. The great 1. The views. Amazing. 2. Beach is amazing. Soft white sand. The good. 1. Quiet. The place is full and we didn't hear noise from any other guests. 2. Location. Good places to eat just down the road. More and better choices only 20 min away. 3. Towels. Plenty of bath towels. The not so good. 1. Primary bedroom king. Mattress way past the expiration date. You roll to the middle. 2. Pillows. No extras. The ones provided are flat with no support. Terrible. No extra blankets. It takes away from the vacation a lot when you can't get good rest. 3. Basic supplies are lacking. 1 roll of tp per bathroom. 1 roll of paper towels. Both the cheapest available. 4. No beach towels. 5. Beach chairs and umbrella are not included. The Sunset Beach and Chair vendor made it clear this owner doesn't pay for the season. We had to pay the daily rate of 48 dollars per day for 2 chairs and one umbrella. I gave it three stars because sleeping comfort is important to me. Would have been lower if not for the views and the closeness to the ocean sounds,along with the spaciousness and cleanliness. Could easily be a 5 with a few updates.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! It was very nice, quiet, and incredibly spacious—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were excellent and everything was clean and well-maintained. Whether you’re looking to unwind or just enjoy some peaceful beach time, this spot is ideal. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
