Beachfront resort condo with outdoor pool, Gulf views, balcony, W/D, & AC

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from the beach, close to several great restaurants, and plenty of parking available. I also really appreciated that the pool, beach access, and outdoor restrooms all had access codes and it made everything feel safe and private. Inside, the unit was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed, from towels and kitchen cookware to beach chairs, a cart, and a lovely table and chairs on the balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the comfy seating out there made it the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset. There were a few minor maintenance issues that maintenance came promptly to fix. These were small things that didn’t take away from how enjoyable our stay was, but it would be great to have them addressed for future guests. One of my favorite features was the in-unit washer and dryer it made it so convenient to go home with clean clothes instead of sand and chlorine! The condo was on the 2nd floor, which offered a beautiful view while still being easy to access. The entire complex was quiet, and every guest we encountered was friendly and respectful. Overall, this condo was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

The condo was very spacious and fully stocked which was perfect for our needs as a family. However, the place smelled like mildew the moment we walked in so we aired it out. There has clearly been previous water damage that has been covered up but not fixed because you can smell it and see it in the bathrooms specifically the showers. Showers need updating, king bed needs replaced, and better attention to cleaning then I would totally come back. The floors were dirty and furniture dusty. I'm not sure if this is the homeowners fault or the cleaning service. Vacasa was easy enough to deal with but I'm not sure we will book through them again. We got in town hours before check in and were told by the cleaning group at the condos that our condo has been ready for a couple days but Vacasa refused early check in despite sending a text saying early check in is allowed if home is available. Instead we had to kill 4 hours with our group which included 2 very tired screaming toddlers who endured a 12 hour road trip which could have easily been resolved with early access to our condo so they could simply nap. None of the codes given to us by Vacasa worked which added to the chaos the first day. We had to get codes for the property from fellow condo owners who apparently are familiar with Vacasa which has a reputation for not being a very reliable rental/property management company. My favorite is the paperwork in the condo with a bunch of info regarding your stay but includes a notice from Vacasa that if you leave them a public review of 4 stars or less they reserved the right to cancel your account and any future stay you may have with them. Very distateful and not a good look IMO. None of this affected our stay. We had a great trip! The area and community was great and very nice. We will be back but not sure Id stay here again or use Vacasa.

Well stocked, spacious condo on the beach. Gave a 4/5 bc the floors weren’t clean. The company did offer to send a crew to clean, but we declined. Everything else was wonderful!
