Newly updated picturesque third-floor Gulf-front condo on Okaloosa Island

This large corner unit with extensive balcony windows feels like a penthouse in every way except the price. The design of this unit couldn't be better, with ample seating in the living area, dining area, and patio, as well as the full-length view of the ocean from the kitchen, which all provide ample opportunities for dolphin sighting. Three full bedrooms and bathrooms allow plenty of space for family and visitors to relax and enjoy their days on their own terms. Unlike other rentals, there is space to walk around, spread out, and tons of storage space. The only thing I wish I had was more vacation time, because this unit had all the comforts of home.

We’ve stayed at five different condos over the last five years. This was by far the worst experience. Will not be returning.

Second straight year staying at this condo. What more could you ask for? The view, the location, the facility and the condo are off the charts!! We returned to this location after spending a week there in Sept 2024 and everything was as good, if not better than we remembered! The beautiful waters of the Gulf will meet you when you pull back the curtains. The kids loved splashing in the pool and the calm waves. Just everything you hope for on a family vacation. You will not regret choosing 303 Waters Edge for your next trip to the beach!

303 Water’s Edge is close to the parking garage access, the elevators and stairs and the trash chutes. It’s beautiful inside with comfortable beds and furniture! The two reclining comfy chairs in the living room were a favorite! The kitchen has everything from a crock pot to countertop ice maker and sharp knives and utensils for cooking. Both a Keurig and automatic drip coffee maker. Plenty of towels and a sink inside the master bath and also one between the bedroom and bath area in the master, so more than one can get ready at a time in this one of the three baths. Beach items and games in the hall closet. We had 8 family members and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beach and pool are easily accessible and beautiful with dolphins visible every day we were there from our balcony. Close to great restaurants and less co geared area than the Destin strip, which is a short drive away. Plenty of sturdy seating and a table on the balcony for coffee in the morning or lunch or watching dolphins. Cute little restaurant and coffee shop next door that you can access from the beach. We had the most relaxing vacation here!

the view is wonderful and very convenient

Waters Edge 303 is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect to enjoy the great view and sounds of the ocean. I loved the way the parking is designed as well with parking on same level of the condo which makes it very convenient. The Condo is very well designed with 3 nice bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this unit.
