Gorgeous oceanview condo with beach access, pool, balcony, chefs kitchen

We’ve stayed in this unit before and in fact considered buying it many years ago, as we come every year with our whole family for Thanksgiving renting several condos in the same building. The new owners did a great job with renovations, loved everything. (Except maybe the price. Which is quite alot more than any other unit in the building)

Great location and condo.

On the surface, the condo is beautiful. Well-furnished, great decor, very clean, amazing views and location. After a while though, the flaws were hard to ignore. During our stay, the elevator stopped working briefly and left us to tow our two toddlers up and down all 6 flights of stairs. Speaking of two toddlers, the lack of any kind of dead bolt on the front door was a safety concern and the loose handle and lack of locking mechanism on the back door made me anxious that my children would be able to get out without my knowing. Both balcony doors could use some maintenance as neither closed all the way, leaving enough space for air to escape and make an annoying whistling sound. We used a towel to help mitigate this at night. Finally, the lack of cushions on the outdoor furniture made the balcony almost unusable for us during our stay.

This is an amazing unit! The three bedrooms , two baths is perfect for your family vacation. The third bedroom has multiple bunk beds perfect for kids. The condo has a perfect view of the gulf! With only 10 units in this building, it is never crowded or hard to get chairs on the water. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Spectacular newly renovated condo! Awesome views and so quick in and out to the beach being so close. Having beach chairs and umbrella included is great but even better is there is never a need to worry about not being front row because there are only 10 condo’s in the whole building. We will definitely be back!!
