Pelican Isle is the wonderful place to stay. This was our seventh time stay there. I haven’t stay in the same room twice. All rooms are very nice. Great location. Quite. We’ll be back again.

Vacasa was great with communicating. Check in/check out was very easy and well communicated. Vacasa checked in multiple times to make sure things were going great. Really enjoyed the beach service as well. Parking was plentiful. The bad: With this unit the bed is very uncomfortable and cheaply made. The balcony furniture is not really usable and is a shame because the view/location is amazing. In the living room the sofa is only enough seating for 2. A family of 3-4 can not comfortably enjoy a movie or watching TV in the unit. The pool in the complex is really small and gets crowded with limited seating. Overall the unit was exceptionally clean and bright. The property is pretty nice, but I would not choose to return to this unit unless the bedding, living room furniture, and balcony furniture were all upgraded to be more functional.

We loved our stay at 315 Pelican Isle. Everything was described and better. The photos of the view does not do it justice, perfect view! We had a great time and hated to leave. We will be back and would stay here again!

This unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens. We absolutely loved everything about this condominium it was perfect for a couple’s getaway. My wife was especially pleased with the kitchen utensils, which made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful view. Everything worked exactly as expected, and we had absolutely no complaints. We’re already looking forward to staying in this very unit again soon.
