Gulf Front, Great Amenities, Free WiFi, Nearby Shops & Restaurants

This was a fantastic unit! Very spacious, well stocked, beds all comfortable and plenty of linens. We were concerned that the size of the pool would be too small and crowded, but it ended up being okay. There were a few times when the beach had red flags when the pool was overly crowded, but we had our beach chairs and made it work. Our only real complaint about the unit was that the living room furniture was not very comfortable for lounging in the evenings. It was pretty stiff and formal feeling. And while the Viking appliances were super nice and unexpected, the stove had worn knobs that made it hard to figure out how to use it, for that reason, and the microwave had some rust inside. The tubs in each room were nice and deep, and the shower in the master bath was fantastic. Some reviews complained about the noise and light in the front bedrooms, but we had zero issues with that! The blinds and curtains helped keep light out.

The balcony has a spectacular view, cozy with a couch and lounge chair and table with chairs. It was our favorite part. The unit was nice, beds comfy, kitchen supplies OK. There were plenty of towels in all 3 bathrooms. There were even beach supplies, chairs, boogey boards, sand toys. Sure wish someone would have answered us about what inventory there was in this unit. The hot tub was not working for almost 3 days, then it got hot but jets would not work. We used it anyway! The pool was really nice and even heated at times. Parking was easy since it was October. The one thing keeping us from this unit again was the very noisy utilities room across the hall from the 2 back bedrooms, made it hard to sleep.

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, there has been a big decline in the upkeep. The beds in the non master rooms are terrible, lumpy and very uncomfortable, the first room to the left it never gets dark due to the lights in the hall needs some blackout shades. Day 1 we had a weird smell in the kitchen they had to come clean the drains behind the wine cooler and stunk up the entire condo. Day 2 we had trouble getting the dryer to dry our clothes had to have the maintenance guy come fix the dryer. The shower in the master leaks into the floor a huge puddle every time you shower and our toilet overflowed twice. Certainly not being up kept as needed. Also the selection of cook wear and Tupperware is terrible definitely bring your own. Overall the condo needs to be upgraded and maintained better.

Imagine getting that call/text/email that your rental is not available after driving for 11 hours. HOWEVER....we were very blessed with being relocated to this home quickly. We have ZERO complaints about our stay here. This home is updated, spacious, comfortable, and in an incredible location. It's right on the beach, ocean front, watch dolphins swim by on the balcony that is large with comfy furniture. This home was clean and well stocked for our needs, all appliances work, cold AC, wifi, TV, easy walk to the beach & elevator, reserved & covered parking, incredible pool & spa, in a gated community. We would absolutely stay here again!
