We did not see the details about construction so that was disappointing and the balconies shown in the pics were not accessible. No big deal on the work being done but even if we had seen the notice of construction ... working on Saturday was a bit much. Would not have stayed if we had been aware. There was no discount or incentive to stay in spite of construction so that is not why we chose this property.

Our family loved our stay at Emerald Isle 406. The condo was older, but roomy with 4 bedrooms to accommodate my large family. Construction on the balconies, but we weren't too affected by it. The first thing in the door my grandchildren exclaimed over the cleanliness of the floors, as other places we've stayed they were sticky, and left the bottoms of our feet filthy. Nicely equipped small kitchen, bath supplies, extra blankets, beach chairs and umbrella included with the price, The parking wasn't great, as all the condo unit numbers painted on the spaces were all over the place not near our unit, and we never did find our 2nd parking spot. Would have been the perfect stay if there was a hot tub by the pool, but other than that we fully recommend staying here.

They were painting the outside of the building while we were there, but there was zero inconvenience. Room was better that advertised and the beach access was amazing. Highly recommend.

Great location right on the beach. The pool and area were spotless. Nice to have loaner beach toys, floaties and chairs. Wonderful beds, linens and pillows. The furnishing were solid and comfortable. Cleaning could be better. Kitchen dirty and unorganized. Lots of excess decor stashed in cupboards and closets.
