This beautiful third floor, Gulf front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit sleeps 8 people with a king bed in the master, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a bunk room along with the sleeper sofa. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room has a table to sit down to a home-cooked meal. With seating on this large balcony, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectacular views of the white, sugar sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Things to Know

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Place. The kids loved the two pools and the bunk beds. Beds were comfortable. It was nice that the owners supplied 1 umbrella with 2 chairs so we didn't need to rent them. Loved having a washer and dryer. We had the perfect amount of kitchen items for our stay. The condo over looks the pool and we never had any noise issues. The kids loved sitting on the balcony watching others in the pool. We had kids ages 12, 6, and 4. It's a nice area close to restaurants and the pier.

Clean, plenty of cookware dishes and silverware. Unit is close to the pool and elevator. Water pressure was amazing and water was hot even after washing clothes and showers for 8.
