Lovely clean beach.

We definitely will try to stay here next time we are in town!

The condo accommodated us last minute and we are thankful for that! However, the condo is so outdated. The tvs barely worked. Beds were falling apart and the cleanliness of the room was so bad. They also did not provide anything such as brooms to clean the room so the floors were filthy. Our feet were black. They did offer to have someone clean and we declined as we didn’t want to waste any more time. They also did have someone turn the tvs on for us but once we turned them off they wouldn’t come back on. All in all a lot of things would be fixed if they updated and cleaned some things.

The place was just okay. Property is great with pool and splash pad for kids. The condo itself was just bare minimum. Not a lot of kitchenware in kitchen. Not a spare blanket or pillow in the whole place. We tried to find extra pillows because the pillows on the bed were so thin you had to stack at least 2-3 on top of each other. Stuff in bathroom was rusty. 2 beach chairs and umbrella were included but even getting out there at 8 in the morning to claim chairs, were put 4-5 back away from beach.

When we got to the room we noticed sand in all the beds. We had to drive 7 hours and then wash the sheets. The shower curtains had mold and stains on them. There was hair in the shower and the dryer. When we asked for someone to come reclean she showed up with just a bottle of fabuloso and a cloth, no bleach to sanitize. The beds were very uncomfortable and one of the sinks was broken. One tv didn’t work, but they did thankful replace that the next day. I would not stay at this place again because they are not cleaning properly and we paid way too much money for things not to be clean.

Home was nice overall. Provided a good view of the beach, easy access, and was spacious for max capacity group. Gym is nice and so is pool. Dryer needs to be replaced, takes two full dry cycles for towels. Master bed is terrible. One side felt broken from something too heavy. Very uncomfortable. Middle room lower bunk bed was bad too per children. Owner needs to spend $100-$200 to get some reasonable dishes such as non stick pan, pots with matching lids, etc. Floor was filthy. Had to ask for a mop and bucket and mopped 3xs to get the large amount of sand and dirt off floor. It was obvious the home is not mopped or thoroughly cleaned after each stay. Owner should provide mop, bucket and vacuum. For the low cost and convenience to consumer, it would not hurt to provide dish tablets and trash bags. One per is ridiculous for the price. Owner spending ten bucks here and there makes it a nicer stay. We travel with vrbo and vacasa type stays often, and most places provide detergent and trash bags. $100 arm bands to use a pool is a nice surprise. Because my little ones are not very good with keeping track, we had to be extra strict when using the pool to make sure we did not lose one. That was a bummer as we are supposed to go there to relax and not have silly worries.
