Overview

This beautiful second-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling glass patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this upscale and gorgeous unit include granite countertops, a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room glass table has seating for four with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bath includes a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a VCR/DVD combo unit. The master and both guest bedrooms all have TV's and VCR/DVD combo units. The patio has a table and chairs with 2 lounge chairs to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Please bring your own beach towels. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

This room was perfect! Very clean with updated furniture. Plenty of linen for our family of 8. The resort employees were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I had an issue with was I had left some clothing in a drawer & did not realize it until we were home & unpacking. I called the resort & let them know but the maid said there was nothing left in the room. I am unsure how my clothing just disappeared but I guess whoever took them needed them.

Everything was great. It was clean, well stocked, close to restaurants, and directly on beach. Great for our party of 8. The only problem we had was with the rental of chairs and umbrellas. The guy working them did not want to give the ocean front ones to guests. He said the water front ones were for owners only. One umbrella and 2 chairs was included with our rental. We had grandchildren with us and needed front row chairs to watch.

Our family of 8 comfortably enjoyed this condo. It was very roomy, clean, conveniently located to the pool, beach and directly across the street is an amazing little seafood restaurant/market Stewby's! Highly recommend and we will be staying again!
