Lovely house with private saltwater pool & screened lanai - snowbird-friendly

The family enjoyed 2 weeks of fun and fellowship at this beautiful home. There was plenty of space, a very large table and well appointed kitchen!

This house was amazing and a great location! We will definitely put this on our to stay again rental.

Beautiful home and lovely decor

My wife and family enjoyed all parts of the home. Pool was very clean and water felt great. It is very close to all local tourist attractions. And my family were my neighbors for a week. If available next year I will book again.

We tried doing this the respectful way and go through the company but they just weren’t giving us the proper info. We didn’t get any kind of reimbursement or voucher, ect. For all of this. I even have pictures to back up the roach claims! During our stay we encountered a MULTITUDE of issues that bring me great displeasure. During the first couple hours of our stay at the residence we started to notice that there were food crumbs and paint/makeup on the doors and walls inside the place. There was women’s underwear under my youngest son’s bed that was never cleaned up!While using our own appliances on outlets throughout the establishment, we noticed that a good number of them did not operate at all. The advertisement for this place said that there was going to be a grill on the property, so we purchased food and prepared to have a grill beforehand, to find out when we got to the house that it was a pot cooker, which made it extremely difficult to cook outside on and ruined our BBQ grilled food. The washing machine does not drain unless having to run it multiple times a day just to be able to rinse the clothes. The hot tub on the outside, made loud noises all day & night and would leak all over. The hot tub in the master bathroom was absolutely FILTHY and also leaked, we had to clean it ourselves and never got to use it because of the reason listed above. The biggest problem I have with this property is the infestation! While we were out in the pool there were multiple RATS roaming around the property outside the screened pool area! Along with the infestation of the rats outside, there were multiple COCKROACHES that we had to exterminate ourselves, both inside and outside! Multiple times we found them crawling around the pool area. And they started making their way INSIDE the house !!! My youngest son is highly allergic to cockroaches and gets drastically sick from being in close proximity to these bugs. We are going to have to take him to the doctor to get him checked up on because of this infestation!!! After staying at this place for a week I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with this experience, and I’m going to have to write a review to notify other families. I do not want other families to have the same experiences I just had. Other than all of that the house was beautiful, but I know we won’t be staying there when we go back down there next year!

We absolutely loved this house! Our family had a wonderful time by the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking, and the location is fantastic! It's close to the beaches and various activities, with a Publix just a few steps away. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering. My daughters really enjoyed the large TV in the common area. We will definitely return next year!
