The property was repeatedly noted as very clean, well kept, and nicely maintained in both the unit and common areas. Overview

Azure 205 is a beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo located directly on the beach on Okaloosa Island, boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience ultimate serenity and relaxation in this spacious condo. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom and two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, Azure 205 accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom with a queen-size bed is on the left of the entrance and includes a flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom. This guest bathroom offers a single vanity with lovely granite countertops, as well as a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the right includes two twin-size beds and large flat-screen television, ideal for children or additional guests to unwind in their own space. The additional guest bathroom is accessible from both this guest bedroom and the hallway, and also includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall is the washer/dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the left at the end of the hall and features stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with a gorgeously-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo. Enjoy all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The elegant wood dining table seats six guests and there are four additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Things to know: Beach service included March - October Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental. We stayed 2/16/26 - 2/19/26 in a 3 bed/3 bath unit. Great layout with primary bedroom separated from other two bedrooms. The building has 6 floors with two attached parking ramps. There are two large swimming pools and two large hot tubs. There is a small gym room which we didn't use so can't comment on it. The condo is located ocean beachfront. The primary bed mattress was spongy and not supportive. The primary bathroom pocket door was stuck in the pocket wall so we weren't able to close it. The living room area rug was filthy but after reporting that, it was cleaned. The unit itself needs some attention, but we enjoyed the building and condo layout, the amenities, and the location.

The Azure is a beautiful place and a great location. Wonderful beach front property.

The property was clean and nice. The charge of 100.00 for required wrist bands to be used at the pool and beach is insane. I feel sorry for the parents of the child playing with a handful of them in the hall. This is a very minimal cost item, and to charge for them is ridiculous. If you can't provide them free, you shouldn't require them. So, with this policy, I don't think we will use Vacasa again.

I loved having a 3bdrm/3bath for a reasonable price. It was right on the water as described. Rooms were very clean.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the kitchen is not stocked. We had to go buy utensils to use and there was one skillet but in poor shape. There was a review from May that pointed this out but I guess it wasn't fixed. Everything else was great.
