Brand-new beach house with pool, beach access, AC, & W/D is described as lovely, beautiful, and a great fit for family vacations, with plenty of space and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests found the home roomy and comfortable, with comfortable beds, ample parking, and a quiet, cute neighborhood that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The property was noted as very clean or basically clean, and the house was appreciated for being new and well kept. Its location offers convenient access to the beach and pool while also allowing quick trips into town, and guests enjoyed beautiful sunset views. Amenities praised include a wonderful community pool, a very well-stocked kitchen, a great charcoal grill, beach chairs, bikes, and pool inflatables. This house was beautiful and plenty of space for a large group. There was enough parking for 4 vehicles as stated but the streets are extremely narrow. So it can be tight especially when people are on bikes and golf carts. The community pool was awesome! There is a security guard on duty at all times and the bathrooms are really clean. There was an entrance to the beach at the pool but we didn't use it. We ended up just driving on down to one of the entrances in Mexico Beach which was about 5-8 minutes away. I only had one complaint with this house and that was the main living room TV. It would not connect to the wifi so we basically was fighting with it the entire 5 days to get it to stay connected. I do not mind not having cable services but please ensure that the TV can access wifi properly so there can be some sort of electronic entertainment for a guests' stay. Besides that the house was new and clean and had everything a family would need for vacation. I would definitely recommend this home.

Roomy, comfortable, basically clean, easy to contact and converse with courteous staff. Within a few miles to beach access and walking distance to the pool. Would recommend a golf cart if you prefer not to walk.

We stayed here with extended family for a week and were very comfortable during our stay. We used to live in PSJ and have family here, and this was a great location to be able to walk to the beach but still get into St. Joe fairly quickly (compared to the Cape). The neighborhood is quiet (the busiest it gets is when lots of golf carts come home after sunset), there are lots of birds, the pool was wonderful, beautiful view of the sunset. We did a lot of cooking for a large group, and the kitchen was very well-stocked with cookware and dishes, and the charcoal grill was great. Inflatables for the pool were a plus, along with the beach chairs and bikes provided. Beach towels weren't there when we checked in, but the local rental agency folks brought them over quickly when we asked (and also fixed a flat bike tire). Beds were all comfortable according to everyone in the group, and the house was very clean. There was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. All in all a great stay. We'd stay here again.

The house is lovely. It has everything you need. The only thing is make sure and rent a golf cart because the pool and beach access is a little far walk if you have small kids
