Four ceiling fans (including one in each bedroom) and central air conditioning will help keep everyone comfortable inside. Put together up a lovely meal in the fully equipped kitchen, set up with an open design so that everyone at the breakfast bar, dining area, and living room can participate in the conversation. Outside, guests can fire up the private gas grill and cook up some freshly caught fish. The private washer/dryer will take care of all the swimsuits while everything's grilling up! The screened-in porch will be the perfect place for everyone to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. What's nearby: The beach is just under half a mile away, and it's easy to walk through the residential streets! All beaches in Mexico Beach are public property. Enjoy white sandy beaches in both directions, and be sure to pick up some delicious seafood at Mango Marley's and Killer Seafood to enjoy on the shore (both within just two miles of this home).
