We would definitely come back here again. The outdoor shower is awesome. Location and access to the beach was perfect. Beautiful views from inside the house. The only issues are the master shower is unusable and the linens are super poor quality. Like motel 6 linens. And the air conditioner can’t be set below 72. Even with that we would totally come back here. The cleaning staff showed up early and waited over an hour for us to leave. Kind of odd and uncomfortable but oh well.

From our arrival to departure, we loved our stay at Back 40. House was clean and well appointed. The beachfront view out the massive windows in the living area was a dream. CSB never disappoints and the Back 40 was a great stay!

The location couldn’t be better. Ten steps from deck to beach. Home has been updated and furnishings are comfortable and clean. There was some mold on bathroom floors by the showers and found dead cockroaches. The rear deck door would not lock and VACASA response never went beyond the “AI” generated.
