Overall, we liked this house and would stay here again. It’s a great location. It was very clean, and we loved the outdoor spaces. There were quite a few maintenance issues which hopefully will be resolved following our feedback.

We vacationed here with two families with four teenagers. Pros:The space was great, plenty of room to be together and spread out when needed. The walk to the beach and pools was only about 5 minutes. Cons: While the kitchen was nice, it was missing some necessary utensils. If you plan on doing any cooking, there were no cutting boards, or bowls with lids to store leftovers in. Overall we had a great stay as always in Seagrove, and this was a cozy home to be in for the week!

This is the perfect area. It’s not in the midst of the highest traffic areas (like Seaside) so it’s much easier to get around. And the street and neighborhood had plenty of places for the kids to ride their bikes. The house is close to both the pool and the beach!!! Just don’t bring more than 3 cars bc there is no where to park extra cars. There is a nearby public parking lot but you can’t leave your car there overnight.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house's proximity to the beach is fantastic (less than 5 minutes, use the path next to the pool), and the provided bikes made it a breeze to visit nearby shops along 30A to the east. And Seaside is just a few minutes drive to the west. Starting our mornings with coffee on the screened-in porch was delightful. The kitchen has modern appliances and is well-stocked with all the dishes and tools we needed. The early check-in message was an appreciated gesture. While the house has its charm, a few areas caught our attention. Things like dirty windows, scuffs on the walls, and couch covers in desperate need of a deep clean were evident. The place seems ready for a light refresh. My actual rating would be closer to a 3.5, but I'm rounding up. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant experience and it was a good value. With a touch more care, this spot could easily earn a full 5 stars.
