Nice, big beautiful home in the center of all activities. Missing some lightbulbs in the house and towels need to be completely replaced. Overall value was decent but at $850 -$1000 a night, needs to be in perfect condition.

We will be back for sure! This house was perfect for our family of 4 (all adults now). PLENTY of space to spend time together and also get away. LOVED the location. Restaurants and shops within steps and the beach a short ride to the state park is STUNNING. The staff at Vacasa was SUPER attentive, they responded very quickly if we had a question or request. Thank you for a great week away for our family.

We had a wonderful stay overall! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the location was ideal—especially for the kids, as it was less than 100 yards from the Chill Hub, making access so easy. We loved spending time at the community pools, and the weather was beautiful. However, there were a few issues that affected our stay. The listing mentioned six bikes, but we found only three adult bikes, and they were in poor condition—two had flat tires, and one had a broken seat. My husband was able to fix one bike for our son, but it still wasn’t quite right. There were also two toddler bikes, but they weren’t quite what we needed for our 13-year-old. I submitted two requests about the bike issue but didn't receive a follow-up. If you plan to use the bikes, I’d recommend bringing your own or checking with the host beforehand. Additionally, there was a garage door opener that didn’t work (needs a new battery) and the TVs upstairs weren’t functional, so we spent more time enjoying the pools instead. The lockbox for entry worked, but a keypad entry might be more convenient for future stays. Lastly, there’s a curfew for kids under 17 after 7 pm, which we hadn’t expected, but it didn’t detract from the fun. Despite these small setbacks, we had a great time and would consider staying again in the future.

A beautiful home in a wonderful location! Beach access requires driving, biking, or a cart. But it is close and easy. The community was excellent.....restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and a bike rental shop were all available and only a few steps away. Everything was well kept and we truly enjoyed the stay! Wifi can be tricky, but the community area was always available when I needed to work. There was plenty of room for all of us and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great week!

The house was big and beautiful and clean. It’s close to the big chill, but not at all close to an easy beach to get to. It was a 10-12 minute bike ride. We also didn’t have wifi (or phone service) at the house for more than half of our stay. And we rode the bikes provided into town and one of them got a flat tire. We had to pay for an Uber to get home and the Vacasa company didn’t help us. It kind of ruined our day.
