Use the provided adult bikes to travel one mile to the famed Gulf Coast's sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters. Enjoy Grande Pointe amenities, including a lavishly designed pavilion, a gorgeous swimming pool, and access to a community dock on Powell Lake. Make yourself at home in the open living area replete with all-new wood flooring, furnishings, and decor. Settle in on an array of plush seating and watch a movie on the 50-inch TV. The well-appointed kitchen features everything you need to create your favorite culinary delights - all-new granite countertops, a roomy walk-in pantry, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, perch at the kitchen island, and there's seating for everyone at the dining room table. Comfort awaits in the tranquil main suite, highlighted by a stately bed, a 32-inch TV, and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a very cozy and comfortable home. Our family enjoyed the space very much. It located in a very prime location - minutes to Inlet Beach Public Access and Rosemary Beach / Bartlett Square. You will love the beach access. The house has a lovely yard area full of wildlife - birds, butterflies, squirrels, rabbits, beetles, etc. It is great to sit in the back porch among the animals. The community pool is very nice and seems to be an under-utilized feature at this neighborhood. It was never crowded. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. A word of caution that we didn’t pick up on in the property description - all of the bedrooms, bathing facilities and washer / dryer are upstairs. There is only a half bath on the ground level. Just keep in mind that you will be dealing with stairs multiple times during your stay at this property. Also there is alot of construction ongoing in the neighborhood. While there were never any noise issues, there is alot of traffic parked on the sides of the streets making it sometimes congested getting in and out. I find this somewhat ironic as the HOA rules prohibit residents from parking on the street but contractor vehicles line both sides of the roads most of the days. Just something to watch out for as you enter and leave the property, especially with pedestrians and bike riders entering the intersections. *Recommendation* if you wish to use one of the many vendors that provide beach chairs and umbrellas, we recommend you make a reservation for the days you will use them. This will save you money over just walking up and asking for chairs. Also search the many vendors as there are at least 5 or more vendors providing the same service at the same location - all using the same set up guy just different branded chairs. You can also find discount codes for each vendor on their social media pages.

trip overall was really nice. Just a few customer service/utilitiy issues with lack of garbage bags, toilet paper and some items left behind in the couch from previous renters. House was very nice and close to community pool.
