Never let the water views out of sight at this third-floor vacation home featuring a 27-foot wide balcony with beautiful direct views of the ocean and the pool. Thoughtful upgrades include new flooring throughout the living spaces, a king adjustable bed in the primary suite, and a new queen bed in the guest bedroom. Unwind into vacation mode in the living room, then gather for special meals in the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stainless steel oven and appliances, a dishwasher, and all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Enjoy three TVs and two DVD players for entertainment. SHARED AMENITIES -Pool -Charcoal grill -Fitness room THINGS TO KNOW Elevator in the building. The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space. Beach service is available from March 1st through October 1st. There are no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs. This condo has everything you could ask for when making a beach trip. If I had to state a downfall the only thing would be that the master bedroom doesn’t have a beach view. The electric bed in the master bedroom almost compensates for this however! Very large balcony with great views of the beach. Would definitely rebook this unit.

This location was perfect for my family. With having young children and a baby travelling with us, the ease of being right on the beach and having easy access to the condo was perfect for cooling down or midday naps. The Vacasa team sent out texts to provide information as needed. Close to all the “fun” stuff to do, yet far enough away that it was still quiet at night. Would definitely recommend!
