Comfy beachfront condo with central AC, pool access, ocean view, and washer&dryer

Clean, well furnished and beautiful view! Love how it is so close to the beach.

We are frequent visitors to the Islander and have only had one condo to complain about in the past 25 plus years we have been staying there. Issues: Only one window section of the three window sections in the living room area are clear and that is the sliding door so you can only enjoy one window section out of three so we just kept the other two covered with the curtains. The full glass section on each side of the sliding door are blurred due possibly tempered glass seal issues so no clear view of the ocean/beach can be enjoyed but by only one section being that of the sliding door. This is disappointing due to this being the main area of the condo for entertaining. The shower/tubs in all three bathrooms are very dated and that shows majorly. Two of the bathrooms have a black substance like mold in the area where the shower unit was added to make a shower/tub combo a long time ago. This is extremely black so there is no way the cleaning service doesn't see this. The kitchen sink and faucet are dated and the faucet needs replaced due to corrosion that makes it look unclean. The faucet makes a loud noise as if a struggle when the water is on a full capacity. The living room and kitchen area a/c wall vents show black in them like a mold or black dust. This is obvious due to the vent being white in color and not showing as black in the other rooms. The master bedroom ceiling fan is noisy on any speed. The unit needs dusting in terms of visible dust on wall art, light fixture over the dining room table, bedroom head boards and on the ceiling where the central air vents blow across the ceiling. That was obvious due to low ceilings. We are not the type to complain or look for issues. These issues were obvious. I did this review for the owner's sake because they may not frequent the property often and I would want someone to tell me. The furniture is nice and the decor is nice, but if other parts are not kept to standards that takes away from those.

We stayed in the same condo last year. Few upgrades have been made. New living room furniture, dining table and chairs and balcony furniture. All a nice addition. View is amazing. It has become our favorite place to stay.

I love how comfortable the couches were in the living room. I loved the big balcony. The beds were pretty comfortable. And I have a bad back. It was nice being on the third floor being able to take the stairs if you wanted

The property was just as it stated. Beautiful condo , clean and peaceful . Response time to my questions was quick . I would definitely stay here again.
