The house was super dirty on arrival. Contacted host for cleaning and was supposed to send people but never met with any cleaning people. Dried boogers on the wall, roaches in the bathroom, table and chairs are falling apart, living room couch was disgusting, house was super dusty, and missing blinds for the door. Front porch was awful. Rusty grills left and trash. Property has so much potential considering what’s around it, just not kept up with. WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AT 23 Donna Anne dr. Sorry but not worth the price of the house for the week……

We enjoyed that the house was centrally located to the nearby beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The pool is very nice and well taken care of. The A/C works great and the hot water is hot. It is 3 stories, so if you have small children just be careful with them going up and down because the stairs are steep and do curve. The kitchen is small, but gets the job done. It is missing a few essential items, like a cutting board. The fridge gets very cold and by the end of our trip, most of everything was frozen even after turning the fridge temp down twice. We didn’t use the pull out couch for sleeping because the mattress was dirty, but we had plenty enough space for all of us with between the bunk beds and the master bedroom. The wifi is spotty, but it was fixable by restarting the router. We did enjoy our stay, and we would stay here again because of its location and the price point for this area.

Great neighborhood and location. But overall vacation home was not the best. You can’t get a hold of a real person to contact regarding the stay. There was not trash bags, and other items stocked in the house for guest. Not impressed for the price and think there could have been a more luxury for visitors.
