We loved staying in Eastern Shores 212. Two things I look for after cleanliness are beauty and comfort. This condo had both! It is nicely decorated and super comfortable. I loved the furniture - which was a pleasant surprise.

Balcony was great and the view. Comfy beds and very clean. Unit 212 has 3 flights of stairs to climb so be aware.

This unit was tastefully decorated and was very clean. It is a townhouse directly on the beach in a 3-story building. It was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large closets and a bonus room. The view was unbeatable at every hour of the day! Beach access is via a key fob, so we were able to leave beach items on the first floor in a locked space which was nice. Vacasa was extremely easy to work with through the app. We had Wifi issues which Vacasa could not immediately fix, but we were compensated for the inconvenience. The only negative would be no elevator but that is minor in the scheme of things. I highly recommend this unit.

The condo is basically as pictured. The view from the balcony is wonderful, easy access to the beach. It was quiet while we were there, everyone was friendly. Location is great on 30A. For the price we were quite happy. Would likely book again.
