The house was nice and the location was great for shopping, eating, and the water views. We would recommend staying here to our friends and family.
The room sizes, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach were great! The included bench towels were awesome and the pool was basically a private pool. If you have more than two big vehicles parking is hard. Overall great house!
Nice house that is only a 5-minute walk to the public beach access. Pool is just steps away. Loved the large open kitchen and LR. Would definitely stay there again.
Plenty of room for all of us as we like our space. Clean and very accommodating.
This house was really a great place to stay. The walk to the beach was short. The house itself was clean, open and bright, well lit at night and had everything we needed. Loved how the sliding doors opened all the way up to the deck. Bottom bedrooms had private access to outside. Showers were large. Washer and dryer in new/ excellent condition. Big island in the kitchen with plenty of counter space. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. The pool is steps away. If I had any suggestions .... I would put a code on the pool gate to enter. It was too easily accessible to kids who were asked to leave the beach areas. Once this place was discovered by teens it was a hang out for them because the neighborhood/street was off the beaten path. I would happily suggest "Where the sidewalks ends" to friends and would love to stay again in the future. Bravo to the homeowners. Thank you!
Overall, the experience was fine. Setting expectations for future guests, at the time of our stay there was roughly four new nearby homes under construction. Be prepared for the unnecessarily jacked up pickup trucks of the contractors to be parked everywhere. Specific to the property, the layout is nice and provides for some flexibility. It has all of the necessary amenities you might need for a week at the beach. Beach access is an easy couple hundred yard walk. The negatives: The mattresses all have dreadful 1970s mattress protectors on them that sound like wrapping paper underneath you while trying to sleep. The provided beach chairs and umbrella were all in disrepair when we arrived (we had brought our own, so no biggie). The area: Rosemary and most of 30a try unnecessarily hard to make it seem exclusive. Be prepared to travel to Destin or Panama City if you get caught with a couple rainy days.
