This beautiful, newly-remodeled waterfront unit is located on the seventh floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are General Electric. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops with a peninsula for added prep space and two counter stools for quick meals. The bathroom has a deep tub with many shelves, vanity, and a cabinet. The living area is carpeted and boasts palm tree décor. The unit also includes a TV and complimentary internet access. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Beach service includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Beach service is coordinated via the onsite beach attendants.

The view was spectacular. Everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The parking was very convenient and the carts to bring your things up to your unit were right there by the elevator. Lots of places around the area for entertainment and restaurant. I really enjoyed my stay. I'm already booked for next year. L. P. M.

Perfect for 2 for a getaway. Did a weekend one and could not ask for even better. Wife even saw dolphins on morning we left.

Reality of condo lived up to listing. It was cute, clean and had a great view! Bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall it was great stay. Balcony was private with no view of others and the ocean view was beyond fabulous! Make sure you bring your own coffee though... It was not provided and was disappointed to find that out at 5am when we woke up to have coffee on the balcony. Other than that I would recommend.

The room was dated but, adorable and charming. I wish I could leave a picture of the white old iron bed. We absolutely loved our time there.
